NM500耐磨钢板是一种经过淬火和回火处理的耐磨钢板，公称布氏硬度为500 HBW（范围470-530）。执行中国标准GB/T 24186，具有优异的耐磨性和冲击韧性，适用于矿山、建筑、水泥、港口等恶劣磨损环境。NM500的使用寿命比NM400长30-50%，与瑞典SSAB Hardox 500性能相当，价格优势明显。广泛用于挖掘机铲斗、自卸车车厢、破碎机衬板、料仓、溜槽等高磨损部件。厚度范围3-120mm，可按需切割加工。
