上海顶点合金有限公司（Shanghai Vertex Alloy Co., Ltd，简称 Vertex Alloy）提供 AISI 4140（42CrMo4 / SCM440 / DIN 1.7225）定制加工件，按图纸或样品生产。加工能力：数控车削 Ø 5–400mm、三/四/五轴铣削、磨削精度 ±0.005mm、深孔钻 Ø 4–60mm；热处理：调质 28–34 HRC、高频淬火 52–56 HRC、渗氮 HV 900+；表面处理：发黑、镀锌、磷化、硬铬。公差 ±0.01mm，单件起订，附 EN 10204 3.1 材质证明及全尺寸检验报告，支持旧件测绘复制。广泛应用于机械轴类齿轮、石油阀门、汽车半轴、液压活塞杆、模具配件、高强度螺栓等领域。
