Hastelloy X (UNS N06002 / EN 2.4665 / DIN W.Nr. 2.4665) is a nickel-chromium-iron-molybdenum superalloy renowned for its exceptional combination of high-temperature strength, oxidation resistance, and fabricability. With a composition of approximately 47% nickel, 22% chromium, 18% iron, 9% molybdenum, and minor additions of cobalt and tungsten, Hastelloy X is widely recognized as one of the most versatile high-temperature alloys available for service temperatures up to 1200°C (2200°F).

Hastelloy X (UNS N06002 / 2.4665) is a nickel-chromium-iron-molybdenum superalloy engineered for exceptional high-temperature performance, retaining stable mechanical properties and oxidation resistance up to 1200°C. The alloy's FCC matrix, reinforced with 22% chromium and 9% molybdenum, delivers superior creep strength, stress-rupture resistance, and dimensional stability under severe thermal cycling.
