HASTELLOY Alloy W (UNS N10004) is a nickel-molybdenum-chromium superalloy containing Ni bal, Cr 5, Mo 24, and Fe 6, specifically designed for high-temperature service in gas turbine engine applications. The very high molybdenum content (24) combined with low chromium provides exceptional strength at elevated temperatures, particularly in weld joints. The alloy is widely used for welding wire, gas turbine engine components, and high-temperature fasteners where superior weldability and high-temperature performance are required.

คำอธิบาย (อังกฤษ)

HASTELLOY Alloy W is supplied in the sheet solution heat-treated condition, delivering yield strength of 365 MPa, tensile strength of 848 MPa, and elongation of 55%. The alloy is manufactured to multiple AMS aerospace standards covering wire (AMS 5786) and bar/forgings (AMS 5755). The exceptional ductility (55%) combined with high molybdenum content provides excellent weldability and high-temperature strength. HASTELLOY W is widely used as welding wire for joining high-temperature nickel alloys, gas turbine engine components, and aerospace high-temperature fasteners.
