C26800 Yellow Brass Sheet, designated as H65 in the Chinese GB standard, CuZn33 in the European EN standard, is a binary copper-zinc alloy containing approximately 65% copper and 35% zinc. Positioned between C26000 Brass (70/30) and C27000 (63/37), C26800 offers an excellent balance of strength, ductility, and formability, with higher strength and better spring characteristics than C26000. The H65 grade is widely recognized for its superior cold-working performance, making it one of the most popular brass alloys for deep drawing, stamping, and precision forming operations. Compared to H62 and H63, H65 contains higher copper content, providing improved corrosion resistance, better color matching for decorative "gold-tone" finishes, and enhanced electrical conductivity.
