Обзор

GH2747 (also designated GH747 / GH2747) is a Chinese-standard deformation (wrought) precipitation-hardenable nickel-iron-chromium superalloy with nominal 37% Ni, 25% Cr, ~37% Fe, strengthened primarily by γ′ (Ni₃Al) intermetallic precipitation via additions of aluminum (3.5%) and titanium (1.0%), with solid-solution strengthening from tungsten (5.0%) and niobium (1.5%). It is designed for long-term service at 600–1,100°C and short-term exposure up to 1,200°C, exhibiting excellent high-temperature strength, microstructure stability, oxidation resistance, and resistance to hot corrosion (sulfidation). GH2747 round bar is supplied in solution-treated or solution-treated + aged condition, depending on customer requirement, for machining of critical hot-section rotating and static components in aerospace, power generation, petrochemical, and industrial furnace equipment.
