Description (English)
SUS304 (UNS S30400, DIN 1.4301) stainless steel mesh wire is the industry-standard wire for weaving wire mesh, filter cloth and screening applications. Excellent corrosion resistance, high ductility and stable weaveability make it the default choice for woven mesh worldwide. Shanghai Vertex Alloy Co., Ltd (Vertex Alloy) supplies soft annealed and hard drawn SUS304 mesh wire from 0.02 to 6.0 mm to JIS G4309 / ASTM A580 with EN 10204 3.1 certificates. Tensile strength can be controlled to your weaving machine requirements; wire down to 20 μm for micron filtration mesh; food-contact compliance (FDA / EU 1935/2004) declarations available. Widely used in filtration, food and beverage, chemical, pharmaceutical, architectural mesh, agriculture and mining screens.
