Description (English)
Shanghai Vertex Alloy Co., Ltd (Vertex Alloy) supplies Nimonic PK33 plate, the vacuum-processed nickel-chromium-cobalt-molybdenum precipitation-hardenable superalloy from the Special Metals Nimonic family, to D.T.D. 5057 / MSRR 7166-7195 (AFNOR NC 19 KDu; no direct UNS, ASTM or Chinese GB equivalent). γ′ (Ni₃(Al,Ti)) precipitation hardening plus 5–9% molybdenum solid-solution strengthening give PK33 an exceptional combination of high-temperature strength, creep resistance and ductility: solution-treated and aged tensile strength ~1127 MPa with 0.2% yield ~664 MPa at room temperature, and 10,000-hour rupture strength ~208 MPa at 815°C. Developed as a sheet material to replace Nimonic 80A and 90, PK33 offers outstanding weldability and extreme resistance to thermal shock and thermal fatigue — the first choice for combustion chamber liners, flame tubes, jet pipes and reheat systems in high-performance gas turbine engines. Plate 5–60 mm thick supplied solution treated or fully two-stage heat treated with EN 10204 3.1 certificates; sheet, strip, bar, forging stock and welding wire also available.
