2017A-T451 Aluminum Sheet (EN AW-2017A / AlCu4MgSi(A))

Aluminum AlloySheet/Plate
2017A-T451

Overview

2017A is a heat-treatable Al-Cu-Mg-Mn (2000-series) alloy, commonly known as Duralumin. It is the European variant (EN designation) of the original 2017 alloy. The T451 temper means the sheet has been solution heat treated, stress relieved by stretching (1–3% permanent set), then naturally aged — reducing residual quenching stresses while maintaining T4-level strength.
