1060 aluminum is a commercially pure aluminum grade with minimum 99.6% aluminum content, offering excellent corrosion resistance, high electrical and thermal conductivity, and superior formability. 1060 is non-heat-treatable and is strengthened only by cold working, providing slightly higher strength than 1050 due to higher purity and tighter composition control. The alloy is widely used in chemical equipment, electrical conductors, and architectural applications.

1060 aluminum delivers yield strength of 28 MPa, tensile strength of 70 MPa, elongation of 43%, and excellent formability in O temper. The alloy is widely used in chemical processing equipment, electrical conductors, transformer windings, capacitor foil, architectural reflectors, nameplates, and decorative products. 1060 offers the highest purity among commonly used aluminum grades, ensuring minimal contamination for sensitive applications.

- Plate: 0.5 - 50 mm thickness, up to 1500 mm width
- Sheet: 0.2 - 4 mm thickness, up to 1500 mm width
- Strip: 0.05 - 3 mm thickness, up to 300 mm width, coil
